ADMISSION PROCESS

Open Enrollment:

Admissions for the academic session 2025-26 are open for Pre Nursery to Grades IX & XI.

Application Form:

Download the application form online or collect it from the school campus at GWS.

Submission:

Complete the application form and submit it with the required documents and a payment of ₹1000 at GWS, Gurugram. (Note: Submission does not guarantee admission.)

Post-Admission:

Upon receiving an admission offer, complete all formalities, including fee payment, within 2 days.

List of Documents Required for Admission

Parents must submit their fully completed application form along with the following documents. Incomplete forms or missing documents will be rejected:

2. Report Card

o Last examination or school report card.

3. Photographs

o Six passport-sized photographs of the child.

o Four passport-sized photographs of each parent.

1. Date of Birth Certificate

o One self-attested copy for Nursery to I.

o For classes II and onward: Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended school and an attested copy of the DOB certificate. Ensure there is no discrepancy between the DOB certificate and TC.

4. Caste Certificate

o Required for categories other than general.

5. Health/Immunization Certificate

o Proof of vaccinations and health status.

6. Aadhar Card

o Aadhar cards of both parents and the child.

Please ensure that all documents are submitted in a complete and organized manner to avoid rejection of the application.

ADMISSION POLICY

Seat Availability:

Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis until seats are filled.

Interaction:

There will be a student and parent interaction for registered candidates.

Special Provisions:

For applicants under section 134 (a), please contact the Directorate of School Education, Haryana.

Age Criteria:

o Pre Nursery: 2+ years as of March 31, 2025

o Nursery: 3+ years as of March 31, 2025

o Kindergarten: 4+ years as of March 31, 2025

o Preparatory: 5+ years as of March 31, 2025

o Grade 1 (2025-26): 5 years 6 months as of March 31, 2025

o Grade 1 (2025-26): 6 years as of March 31, 2025
